Is Screen Time Bad?

 We often hear that teachers want to limit students' screen time for their students on their Chromebooks.  What is it they'd like to limit?  Taking notes, Free time games, YouTube videos, Google Searches?  In the article "In Defense of Computers in the Classroom", author, A.J.
